BIAXOP is a range of multilayer films made of polypropylene and a polyolefin sealant. This product family is known for its high water vapour barrier, low-temparature seal initiation and good hot-tack properties.

Printability in roto or flexo printing – including matte finishes.

The range is completed with our latest solution, BIAXOP ECO, comprising 90-95% PP – making it fully recyclable.

BIAXER films comprise a wide portfolio of multilayer films for a range of purposes, made of oriented polyester and a sealing layer (PE, PP or PET).

BIAXER films offer maximum dimensional stability, great mechanical strength and high temperature resistance. Whether you seek easy opening peel, tight seal, or S-PEEL for tray application, our BIAXER film range offers all these sealing functions and is available in a wide thickness range.

Highly sophisticated print designs can be realised, either in roto gravure or flexo graphic printing.

BIALON

BIALON is a range of coextruded and/or laminated films made of oriented polyamide (nylon) with a polyolefin sealing layer. Specific to this film range is its very high flex crack resistance and puncture resistance. Polyamide provides a medium barrier – the perfect fit for products that develop ripening gases during their shelf life.

Used as lidding for PP trays, it offers the often-requested shrink effect and heat resistant seal for microwave applications. BIALON films are printable in roto gravure or flexographic with a surface gloss.

BIAXEN is a PE-based recyclable solution containing minimum 90% PE, featuring peel, low-temperature seal initiation, and high barrier all in one.

Printing with the common roto and flexo printing technologies and processing on state-of-the-art packaging lines, the film is suitable for a wide range of needs and applications.

REPAK TOP films are known for protecting the freshness and flavour of food products. The integrated reclose function protects the product even after the first opening of the pack and is a convenient function for consumer requests.

The PAPER TOP product family exclusively sources paper from responsibly managed forests (FSC certified qualities). As a renewable material, paper gives a natural, matte, soft appeal to packaging, but these films never compromise on product protection or shelf life. The inner plastic layer meets barrier and sealing requirements, tailored to product needs.

To view a product inside its packaging, transparent windows can be realised with our PAPER TOP W films.

In addition to roto gravure and flexographic printing,  unique digital inkjet printing can be achieved from the ProDirect® printing line, using water-based inks.
