From startup to powerhouse: Constantia are celebrating 30 years of Constantia Teich Poland. Founded in 1995, Constantia Teich Poland is a dedicated producer of flexible packaging materials.
While the world was busy launching GPS and building metro lines, a bold packaging venture quietly took root in Poland. Fast forward three decades — that startup is now a €70M+ Center of Excellence in flexible packaging.
Constantia Teich Poland has grown into one of the country’s leading converters, delivering high-performance laminates to global brands from a 19,600 m² facility in Rogowiec. Innovation, resilience, and a stellar team of 250 have fueled this journey.
They supply leading international and domestic food producers (dairy, confectionery and dry food), as well as home and personal care. The factory operates according to best industry standards & practices, including lean manufacturing. Constantia Teich Poland is an award winner 2015 of the Marshal of the Lodz Province for the Safe Working Place.
The 17 000 m2 plant is located in Kleszczow Commune 180 km south west from Warsaw.
