Quality assurance is our no. 1 priority

Medicopak packaging is manufactured under controlled conditions or in clean rooms that meet the ISO class 7 requirements. Quality Assurance is a high priority at MedicoPack. This is a prerequisite when manufacturing primary packaging that needs to meet the health authorities’ and the customers’ strict requirements to purity and quality.

All our IV containers are manufactured in a controlled production environment using sterile filtered air and are regularly quality tested by use of sampling.

IntraCon Container with Additive Port

A resilient and robust IV container

IntraCon with Additive Port is made of Polypropylene (PP), is semi-flexible and self-collapsing during infusion, thus eliminating the risk of air embolism. The design makes the IV container appear more resilient and robust compared to a traditional Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) IV bag.

Tamper-evident

IV container with Additive Port allows adding additional medication if necessary. This is done through the additive port of Ø13mm, which is of course tamper-evident, thus full traceability is achieved throughout the use of the IV container.

Efficient autoclaving

The design and material selection of our IV container with additive port allows it to be autoclaved in a hanging position at 121 ° C for 15 minutes. It increases your productivity and you achieve financial gain as you can autoclave far more IV containers per sterilization cycle.

Our IntraCon IV container with single neck is intended for liquids where additives must not be added during infusion. IntraCon with Single Neck is available in sizes of 100 ml and 3000 ml.
