EcoVer range: fully recyclable mono PP laminate solutions

EcoVer family: mono-PP solutions particularly suitable for applications such as beverages, snacks, confectionery, HPC, pet care, or processed food.

EcoVer is Constantia Flexibles’ mono-PP solution, and is available in different barrier grades: EcoVer, EcoVerPlus, or EcoVerHighPlus.

Its key benefit is that it is applicable in various packaging applications (VFFS, HFFS) and has high transparency.

EcoVer’s thermal resistance is exceptional: It has an enhanced outer layer in combination with a low SIT sealant layer for a wider sealing window. . Due to its mono-PP structure, the EcoVer Family is recyclable in the mixed PO stream.

Mono PP laminate with ultra high barrier applicable in a broad variety of packaging applications, fully recyclable.

Features and Benefits

  • Mono PP laminate applicable in a broad variety of packaging applications
  • Fully recyclable where recycling facilities exist, due to mono-material structure
  • Recycling path for rigid PP is established in some countries. PCR could be used in injection molding pieces
  • EcoVerHighPlus for Technical Films was tested at Cyclos for recyclability and its result for unprinted version certifies a 95% recyclability
