Wine closure liners
Laminated aluminium foil-foam barrier liners that deliver performance attributes that support wine aging and drinkability, combined with cost and environmental attributes for roll-on pilfer-proof (ROPP) wine closures.
Permeation tests have been conducted by an independent laboratory comparing alternate materials currently in use. In addition, sensory organoleptic testing has been carried out by the Australian Wine Research Institute.
They preserve both aroma and taste, while also performing in the correct oxygen sensitivity range, allowing wine makers to cost-effectively maintain the drinkability window for consumers. Additionally, the structure is halogen and chlorine free, which is environmentally desirable.

Tri-Vin™ (PET/METAL/EPE/PET)
• PET/METAL/EPE/PET is a both side film laminated EPE liner which consists of one side PET-METAL film lamination & other side PET film lamination. EPE is a three-layer co-extruded liner consisting of a foamed polyolefin core with solid PE copolymer layers on both sides.
• PET/METAL/EPE/PET liners provide good barrier property against gas and moisture.
• Designed with a proprietary foaming agent that complies with European Regulatory requirements.
• Does not promote microbial growth.
Tri-Vic™
• Tri-Vic is a both side co-extruded PVDC film laminated EPE liner. EPE is a three-ply co-extruded liner consisting of a foamed polyolefin core with solid PE copolymer layers on both sides.
• Tri-Vic is recommended for applications requiring good barrier properties.
• Designed with a proprietary foaming agent that complies with European Regulatory requirements.
• Does not promote microbial growth.
EVOH/EPE/EVOH
• EVOH/EPE/EVOH is a both side co-extruded EVOH film laminated EPE liner. EPE is a three-layer co-extruded liner consisting of a foamed polyolefin core with solid PE copolymer layers on both sides.
